Welcome! We are so happy you found us. We are Oahu's only dedicated gluten-free and alternative ingredient bakery and specialized cake shop. We use local and organic ingredients when possible and no artificial flavors ever. We offer daily fresh baked goods and specialty drinks in our charming bakery as well as custom cakes for any occasion available for order online and pickup in store.

New to Gluten Free?
We do not use wheat flour or dairy butter and milk in any of our baked goods and cakes. This means the texture and taste is a bit drier and denser than that of "normal" cake and bread made using those ingredients. We have worked hard to create recipes that are delicious even without these common allergens. We make our own special blend of gluten free flour we have found to work best with our recipes that have been perfected over many years.

Note! If something you want is sold out and it is for a future date, we reset the inventory daily once we know how much we have baked for each day.

The best allergy friendly bakery and the service is AMAZING. My daughter is allergic to everything you could possibly think of, this bakery was super accommodating. We went in to order a cake and tried their cinnamon bun and we loved it. We ended up ordering her a cake for her birthday and I accidentally dropped it, she told us to come back and fixed it for us. I would recommend this bakery to everyone who visits Hawaii. Thank you so so much!!
